The offer provides investors with the opportunity to participate as joint developers of the Casuarina apartment complex, which will comprise of 92 low rise managed apartments plus common property built on a beachfront site with extensive nature strips.


Casuarina Beach is a fully planned township to be developed into a $650m town centre, forming part of the “New Tweed Coast” that will eventually house a community of 5,600 people. Conveniently located just 15 minutes to Gold Coast Airport, 40 minutes to Surfers Paradise and 75 minutes to Brisbane CBD.


Objective & Strategy
The objective of the Fund is to maximise returns to investors through the development of the Casuarina apartment complex. Quantum Management Ltd, is the manager and responsible entity of the Fund and actively manages the development.


The manager has selected the property based upon the unique beach front location, and will actively manage the development to maximise the value that is created through the development process. The manager has also employed multiple exit avenues for the successful sale of the completed apartments.
