Objective & Strategy

The objective of the Trust is to invest mezzanine debt and preferred equity as a stapled investment into the Ivory development secured by a 2nd mortgage over the Project. The Project has Senior debt approval and all pre-conditions met, with gross pre-sales to cover both senior, mezzanine debt and preferred equity. A builder has agreed to a fixed price build contract in place with a valuation supporting the Project. The exit will be on completion of the project.
